Lunch with a Retiring Tiger

GSC record crowd of over 200 piled into the RACV club for what turned out to be a terrific afternoon. Of course, the highlight was Simon Madden’s probing and humorous interview of Nathan Brown. The big man left no stone unturned, prompting rumors that he is soon set to replace Charles Wooly on 60 minutes. Nathan gave us an insight into his time at the Bulldogs and Punt Road, and touched on some of the great characters he has met along the journey. The GSC would like to send a huge thank you to Nathan and Simon for making themselves available for the afternoon.

Massive thanks also to Spicer Thoroughbreds and Green Publishing who each donated major auction items. Combined with the raffle, these items assisted us to raise just over $22,000 for the day. All of this will go towards making sport more accessible for disadvantaged young people – primarily via the Mirabel Foundation.
