An Intimate Evening with Arj Barker
What a night. The GSC’s first foray into evening events was a belter.
A huge thank you to Darren Baxter and his team at Lion Nathan who not only provided drinks for the evening, but also an awesome venue and bar staff. We cannot thank you enough.
The venue was a perfect size for the 114 who attended. The mood was jovial and expectant. The Stevenson Experience got things underway and warmed the crowd nicely with some musical comedy before Arj came on and had everyone in stiches for around 45 mins. Not only was he hilarious, but it was a extremely generous of Arj to donate his time. Legend.
The night was rounded out by Aria award winning musician Dave Larkin (Dallas Crane) belting out a few acoustic tunes and everyone generally getting a little loose (thanks again to Lion Nathan).
A ripping foray into evening functions.
