GSC's second Cycling lunch 'Boards to the Bergs', featured Brad McGee - AOM, Hall of Fame, Olympic Gold medallist and Tour Green Jersey winner. It doesn’t get bigger than that!
The new voice of cycling, Matt Keenan quizzed Brad about the transition from the boards of the velodrome to the gruelling Bergs/Alps of the Pyrenees.
Former star international, Belinda Goss also described her experiences of what it takes to make the transition from the track to the road.
This was a tremendously entertaining affair for the sports fan with great food, exquisite refreshments and the dulcet tones of Phil Cerbrano. As always the after function drinks in the Glasshouse eatery were a hit.
The day included superb entertainment and lots of fun, all whilst supporting Mirabel Foundation and helping disadvantaged young people to access sport.
